Courtney Bell – Personal Banker

Courtney was born in Scottsbluff, NE and raised in Douglas, WY. After graduating from High School, she attended Northern Wyoming Community College in Sheridan, WY. She graduated with 2 associate degrees in Criminal Justice and Human Services. She then transferred to Black Hills State University in Spearfish, SD to achieve her bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a minor in Psychology. Courtney worked at an inpatient care facility in Rapid City as a counselor before she decided it was time for something different. She began her banking career with Pioneer Bank & Trust in October of 2022 as a bank teller. After a year, she became the lead Vault Teller and then moved her way up to become a Personal Banker. With a total of 10+ years of customer service, she enjoys building relationships with customers and finding the needs that fit them best.
